Alarm receiving control centre service
The alarm receiving centre staff are trained in dealing with emergencies and will contact appropriate people and services quickly.
On receipt of the alarm call, the control centre is presented with the client’s information page showing details about how the alarm has been activated and comprehensive information about the person living in the property.
The experienced operator will then assist in finding out the problem, will reassure you and arrange what you need to help you as quickly as possible.
The control centre has different ways of getting help in an emergency and will hold details of a few people you have nominated, such as neighbours and relatives. The centre will telephone one of these people if the alarm is raised. You may have given these individuals a set of keys to get into your house or you may let them know the code to your key safe.
